2009 F150 Sync not working

My cell phone will not work with Sync anymore. I pust the "Phone" button and nothing happens. Cell calls do not come in the the audio system. I checked the 5 amp fuse--it's OK. Any ideas where to check next--where is the Sync system located? For 35K miles, it worked normally.

I've had to reset the Sync in my truck a couple times. Pull the fuse out completely for a bit, then try reconnecting the phone to Sync.
