Pto problems

I'm workin on the boss' chebby 3 ton, and it needs a ujoint on the Pto shaft. Problem is the shaft seems to be seized onto both ends. It looks like it should have had jam screws on each end to hold it in place, but there long gone. So I think it should slide off each end since it has a slip yoke in the middle. But it won't budge. I've tried penetrant, heat, you name it and I've tried it lol.

Anyone else have any ideas? Does anyone know if this is a common problem?

So it turned out the slip yoke was seized as well. Once I got that free'd up things went a bit smoother.
