So Im a newer owner of 2006 6.0PSD I bought it october of 2011 with 73k miles. I spent the months prior to reading here to learn as much as i could about the motor and problems. Ive always been a huge diesel fan. So I bought the extended warranty thank god. Since Ive had it its been in the shop every month heres a run down of whats been done.

EGR/Oil Cooler
FICM Replaced
Turbo replaced updated down pipe and drain tube for turbo done also
Exhaust Manifold Gasket replaced
Driver side Tie rod
truck was stuck in 4x4 found to be blown relay from the electronic switch

I personally have just done the Blue spring update and coolant filter system Ive been to worried to make changes before the warranty runs out with all the issues Ive had. So the reason Im here is that I have a new batch of problems with the truck that is going in for repair that aren't motor related plus an oil change. Ive bought a bunch of vehicles from this reputable ford dealership and they are willing to fix whats been going on and take a look at anything else I want since Ive had so many problems. So with the wealth of knowledge here I figured you guys might have some ideas of things you would want checked. Please any list of things would be appreciated. I just want the truck to be in good condition when my warranty is up so I can really have fun with it.
