No, Talyn, its 32 1/2" from the back of the bed to the back edge of the back rail.
The mule was 30" and Jose I had a lot of 'chucking' as they call it in the RV business. Its when you are going over bumps and the 5th wheel slams down on the pickup. I bought a Trailer Saver hitch that has air bags and shocks and it solved the problem. Installing the hitch rails I learned something, the directions said the 32 1/2" was for a long bed and short bed. So, the two foot shorter bed is two foot shorter in the front of the bed. I always thought it was in the back.

Been real busy with school/work. Got my summer/fall schedule figured out!
Hope everyone had a good st pattys day! On my fathers side they are quite a wee bit Irish so its a big deal. I enjoyed some German Caramel Wit beer I had brewed a while back (I know drinking German style beer on an Irish holiday... my two main heritages colide).
Hope you enjoyed the bday Nate (my wishes were sent via facebook). lol
Also, car's exhaust had a great modification while driving down the interstate. lol
Finally got all new parts in and once it gets put on this weekend I hope to get the truck inside and start tearing it down for E-fuel!
