Relocated? Do you have to move?!

Lol, that was my first question! No, I'm staying put and we aren't selling the house. She gets a raise, moving money, mortgage allotment, and will be on the fast track to becoming an executive when this is all over. They send you out a year to learn other facets of the business, so the employee is well versed in what's going on day to day. It's a smart move. Just gonna be rough

Are just you staying put? Does she have to be gone, or can she commute daily?

If you for sure want the CJ, I'll tell my son-in-law not to sell it. And the trans will be here.

She's probably going to Chicago for a year, but it could be El Paso, could be Europe. We will have to wait and see. I'll be staying and working on the house.

I really want the CJ. I brought it up with the wife finally tonight and she didn't say no...so...

Yikes. How far is she going Todd? I'm assuming they will be helping out with travel expenses? That's not what you really want to hear as newlyweds....

No it's not Nate, but it is what it is. We are hoping for Chicago and they will cover moving costs.

I'm 90% sure that I've posted this in this thread before, but it's worth repeating.

and move? wow...I really hope it goes good for you too! at least she wont have to experience the remodeling first hand...may be easier for her not living in a construction zone anyway? bad way to look at it I suppose.

Yeah it's not the easiest way to start a marriage, but we will have to get through it.

I'm trying to buy a ZF off Bill for a 5 spd swap...I already have a T18 for my CJ project.
