Duh, it was just the turn signal relay. I replaced it and the turn signals now work fine. Still have the cruise control issue though.

As for the above post about checking the trailer harness, a simple test light would work. You will need a buddy to opperate the brake pedal though.

Any ideas on my cruise control issue, now that the turn signals are fixed? Thanks.

Same suggestions for the CC. Check the third brake light bulbs, check over the wiring in the trailer light plug. I would start with the brake light bulbs, myself and if that doesn't fix it, look into the trailer wiring. Unplug it if you can and see if that fixes the issue.

Could it be the turn signal flasher? or hazzard lights flasher? I had to replace both in my truck. They would click normal once or twice then they would start blinking real fast and quiet down, at some points it would seem they were on constantly.
I believe the part number at napa was lf-12 that they gave me. If your hazzards are working properly switch the flashers and you will know if that's the problem.
Both are round and the same part number, turn signal is inside in the fuse box as soon as you open the cover and the hazzard lights is in the same place but behind the fuses, you have to lay on your floor and look up behind the fuses to see it.
*it's later than i thought. not until i posted it i saw that you had solved your problem. my que to go to bed...

I checked my hazzards tonight and they also blink fast so I will probably swap out that flasher as well adn see if it is the issue that keeps my CC from working. Thanks guys.

If both flashers are blinking fast and your cruise control isn't working I am going to venture to say that it is not an issue with the flasher modules. I think you either have a bulb with a shorted filament or a wiring issue. I have been wrong before, but I just don't see the likelihood that both flasher modules would go bad simultaneously and that it would somehow affect the CC...
