This kit is complete with diablo tuner. Keep in mind you will need a custom tune for your truck for proper tuning from STS or your local tuner can do it. I am going to post before and after pics so you know all the parts are in the kit. The wastegate and blow off valve are TIAL brand. This kit gives me 6# of boost and can go right on the stock block. no forged engine needed. If you want to go up in boost then forged would be needed.
