anyone make their own mounts? got pics? im modifying or trying to a chevy mount that used to be a dodge mount to a 84 f250

 

Most homemade plow mounts (redneck, for sure) I have seen don't have the kickers that go far back on the frame (under the front wheels) to distribute the stresses. Without these, you risk snapping off the ends of the frame. Perhaps you can find a plow dealer who will let you look at various stuff on their lot and in their junk pile.
