replacement vinyl insert on dashboard

Roger,
I clicked on the ebay site you provided and saw the dash pad that is up for sale. Looks just like the one in my truck.
Two questions,
1. any concern that my truck is a '97 and not the earlier models referenced in the ebay site
2. color of the dash pad is not the same so can I have it painted to color of my interior.

your 97 HD is the same as the 92-96 models. As for the color, you can buy vinyl dye at the local auto parts stores on on like and match your interior with no problem. Just paint it on and let it dry. Very simple and works great. That is what I did to mine and looks great.
