To each their own, but I think it's hideous. Something about a lifted van with huge rims and tires just doesn't do it for me. And the really cliché E-357 is a bit tacky at best.
i wouldn't mind having a 4x4, but not that one! its lifted way too high and the tires are too much for it. its only good for getting attention, its nearly useless both on and off the road

Ewwww Man----it would look great sitting still, at Ford meets maybe? I'm thinking it'd be a sure fire trophy entry for "Most Useless" without any competition!
This guy has poured a ton of work and money into to so that has to be appreciated. He's also quite brave in admitting its numerous issues--must be the one and only honest person trying to sell something wild and crazy on FleaBay??
I take issue with how the 4x4 conversion was done. It appears the front shackles are welded to the front bumper. Front bumpers are not structural elements! The steering damper seems to be attached by a bolt welded to the tie rod. The 5.0 really wasn't enough engine for a heavily loaded e-series, let alone trying to turn monster tires. Perhaps careful use of gearing (and a top speed of about 60mph) could resolve that.
Like many lifted vehicles, this thing isn't trail rated, its Mall Rated.
Personal style choices on the vehicle are... questionable in my mind.
