Check the fuel pump relay, take out the horn relay and put the fuel pump's relay in place of it. If the horn still works, relay is good.
If it doesn't turn out to be a blown fuse, then look behind the passenger side's kick panel for the fuel pump inertia switch. If the button is out, push it back down. This resolved my no start issue today.
OK I just went out to the truck, i smelled it smoking, found out the cylinder i got was smoking and was very hot. so i just took it off. but i think its not the furl pump switch relay, because when i turn the key i can hear it inject, and i looked in the kick panel on driver and passenger side of door didnt find no button,...... I guess tomorrow I will switch out my cylinder again and have them test the battery again that i bought. let me know if you guys have any idea thanks. much appreciated
Well everything you checked except the starter relay has nothing to do with it turning (cranking) over.
Make sure the wires are on right at the starter relay.
Also check the cranking safety switch on the side of the transmission or the clutch.
You may need a test light to find out what is going on.
Alright Let me go check the cranking safety switch and also I will try to jump the terminals. I drove my truck all day working, then went into the krogers, came back wouldnt even start, so let me drive there ill get back to you guys. thanks alot.
do yall think it could be the ignition switch also ? because when i turn the key it goes over but to turn it off i got to click a button on the side and turn the key all the way over, and also to turn the truck on i got to push the clutch all the way to the floor to crank. " when it did"
