rebuild questions

I'm rebuilding a 1996 F250 super cab, long bed 4x4, with a 460 fuel injection, from the ground up. built a custom grill and radiator holder, and plan on building a custom dash and putting custom gauges in it, rewiring and the hole nine yards. ( I know more work then its worth, but it be a good learning exp and have a bad truck when I'm done.) at the end of all this wanting a play beef up work truck that will have a camper in the bed and most of my tools on board.

questions;
What are all the toys i can put on this sense its all the way down or you put on it? (i know sky is the limit. I figure I could put 60k in a king ranch and cant touch it one until its paid off and two warranty and not have all the toys i want , or put 50k in an old truck and have a bad truck everything i would ever want.)
what are some good sites or company to turn to for performance parts, computer , wiring kits, gauges and ext?( mechanics in the truck; easy, computer stuff and gauges and all the other small stuff; not really a clue... i know how to wire a house and build a home computer and tell you how it works, but on a truck not a clue. but as much of as possible customize, not stock if posible
hard part what questions should i be asking or need to know?(plan on having it running "maybe not done" but running next summer "summer 2013"
THANK YOU....
