I just paid $462 and change for the IH up-pipes and the turbo re-install kit, that price includes shipping

All went in well today, no sawsall needed...so much quieter now! Plus I noticed my JWVB is shifting a lot more solid, prolly cuz I have that power back huh? I dunno but my rpm's don't fluxuate anymore either...I WAS able to get both up-pipes off without removing the exhaust pipe, just loosened the plastic inner fender and went over the frame to get that upper flange bolt.

Ps. I noticed my injectors aren't rattling as much, before I installed these parts it sounded like a can of bolts when I accelerated gently.

Thanks for the advice and I didn't intentionally steal your thread auden, good luck and don't pay someone to do it if you have six or eight hours and half of a head for mechanics...pretty basic install.

Did you see Robin's(PaysonPSD) post #14? There were various options offered?

Sorry, I am confused...I didn't pull my transmission out but I certainly pulled the turbo, be silly to try that project without removing it. Oh btw, you gotta replace the babies butt when installing the new uppies, comes in the kit for gosh sakes!
