what did the seat come from? study what kind of brackets it had. if you're looking for a permanent install, simply fab up some brackets from angle iron and drill your own holes.

Its one of Fords quick-release seats. Its out of a 96 Club Wagon, which had an interior that matched mine. The van was sold, then the guy later found this seat in his garage. Ford has the bracket, for ~100 for the set (maybe, the guy wasn't sure if it was just in the computer or existed.)
then it sounds to me like you just need to hit the junkyard and find brackets to match. IIRC, they used that body from 92-up, and i would expect the seat brackets to be used in those same years. buying from a stealership should be a last resort
I'd check a local LKQ affiliate too----they're quite a well organized parts resale outfit, locations all across the USA interconnected via computer. Their shipping is mostly fair if your items can't be transferred locally free.
I tend to first hit FleaBay for somewhat rare or obscure parts too----its a great site for such hunts.
Hopefully you're not locked into the stealership Ouch!
I tossed out all of mine, I removed them from the floor of my 15 passenger because they were obstacles to miss when rolling around in my wheelchair and in the way of my custom speaker cabinet/rear deck.
I found my brackets last month. Yup, its a Ford OEM seat from a Chateau trim level. Ford parts dude even found a diagram of the seat in his parts system. I found a 95 with the brackets i needed, and they dropped right in. Chateau trim wagons had some strange, rather high end options in them, including seats and ABS systems that only they got. Front/Rear multi-zone audio, dual AC, ridiculous towing packages, odd seating arrangements (in my case, 4 buckets and a fold down bench) etc.
