Yeah everyone knows that a pre 2008 and post 2008 rear end looks like but I wanted to share the results on my 2005
-Recon 3rd Brake Light
-Recon Tail Lights
-Cree 7w LED Reverse Lights
-2008 Factory Painted Tailgate
-Matte Black "SUPER DUTY" Filler Decals
-2011 Rear Bumper (I had this painted to match)
-Black Ford Emblem
-Rolling Big Power License Plate Frame (Only got this because it matches my RPB replica grill)
I have a rear sliding window that I need to install as well, but I wont have any free time for several weeks
I am also debating also getting a low profile black tool box as well, but who know if it will happen or not.. I like the full 8' bed, but when I am not using it a tool box would be nice..
The Recon lights fit good, to the non-perfectionist haha, if factory is a 10/10 fit, I give the Recons a 8/10.. But the thing is I bought 2008+ Recon tail lights rather than the 99-07 lights. I had factory 2011 tail lights installed previous to these, so I already had the 08+ reverse light wiring installed so I didnt see a reason to change back.

As for the tool box I found the narrow toolbox to be very handy and not take up much bed space. I think its only about 12" wide and sits low on the bed rails. Still fits full sheet of plywood or sheetrock, also good for when hauling 12' plus boards as they sit under it and bounce up down.
