Zerk (grease) fitting on passenger side prolly clogged up (as original, 45 degree). Common-used for over 50 years on gazillions of different vehicles...available from any autoparts store.
1961/64 F100 2WD's have a straight axle with leaf springs. 1965 and later F100 2WD's have Twin-I-Beam front suspension w/coil springs.
1957/64 F100/250 2WD: FoMoCo only supplied kingpin bushings separately for the standard size kingpins. The .010" O.S. kingpin kit (B7TZ-3111-A) had to be purchased to get the bushings.
