Dreams - "FLYING"

Funny - but you always start out walking, right?

Then in the dream you discover the means to fly - but it won't work well at first

Like running when you can't get away, the dream holds you fast - until you get up into the air - and it is still slow.

But over the years you learn to go faster IN YOUR DREAM

What does that mean?

Never had flying dreams but, as a kid, I had falling dreams - I'd start at a high altitude and fall straight toward the Earth - and, every time, I'd wind up being impaled on something like a flagpole or a church steeple (I'd wake up just right before the impaling)... Haven't had those dreams in many years, but I still remember having them...

But then, I spent a lot of time being doped up on Actifed as a kid...

one goes with the other - standing outside the picture i would say you were seeing a problem leading to an inescapable end.

I take it you left actifed alone, eventually? Did the dreams stop?

Or do you still have the same warnings?

Falling helplessly and being impaled is a warning dream if I have ever seen one! Your subconscious does NOT want you to end up like that, and is attempting to describe the final fail to you...

But are you sure the problem was as simple as Actifed tablets?
*I know from myself, that if I can get addicted to one thing...

Something tells me that doesn't ring like a solid bell

There's a crack in it somewhere, just like the bell of Liberty

If it was me, I would assume I was doing something badly wrong, to the extent that my own mind was crying out in protest. In a situation like that, i bet not a lot of stuff makes perfect sense at all. GET BACK ON THE PATH, QUICKLY

If worse comes to worst - adopt a puppy, and be sure to learn it well.
Pets are spirit guides, we choose them because they teach what we need the most

Can you look into a puppy or kittens eyes, and see different?

INTHERE is pure LOVE, and you can't mis-interpret that

*Try not to get addicted to it

You NEED love, and God loves you too!
I myself would miss you, if you went away...

Funny about that.

Another strange idea: Is love necessary for life itself?
In most cases, it seems we waste away if we are not loved by someone...

But anyway - what do those dreams of flying mean, discarding the obvious "Lifting yourself higher" instant theory. Am I doing spiritual work that I need to do?

Have I been of service to anyone except myself?
* I think of that first, because I have a clue that's why I'm here

If I had to explain why I think so, I could not do it conclusively.

~ I say that as a 'disclaimer' because your results may differ from mine
*He notezzz, seriously

It was liquid, actually, not tablets...

OK, here's the deal - I've been a chronic migraine sufferer since the age of 6 (I'm 43 now) but, back in the 70's, doctors didn't believe kids could get migraines so, my "headaches" were treated as if they were caused by allergies - hence, the Actifed (there were some other things tried, but Actified was the main one.) It's only been in the last 10-years or so when they finally realized that headaches and migraines are 2 completely different things. and that, the old way of doing things actually made the condition worse...

If left untreated long enough, migraines can cause strokes and/or seizures to happen - I'm not entirely sure if I've had a seizure (there was that one "episode" several years back - I have no idea what happened there...) but I have had a minor stroke and have been diagnosed as a potential stroke and seizure risk due to my migraines.

I don't remember much from my childhood, but from what I can recall, the dreams did stop some time shortly after my mother finally had a buttfull of what the doctors were feeding her and took me off the allergy meds...

I'm not "hardwired" to be spiritual so, thinking along those lines is not something I do much of...

I'm just a beginner myself.

Threads like this tend to happen when I study a lot of stuff and it's trying to get sorted out somewhere inside my skull
