Tailgate Hardware
Hi everybody. I am getting ready to mount my NOS tailgate (1982) on my NEW bed. My truck is a 54 f100. I am nervous at the prospect of drilling holes in that virgin steel. I have decided on the internal latches, but I still have not made up my mind on what type of supports to use. What hardware are you guys going with? I have seen the scissor type, the nylon strap, and even old seatbelts. Let me know what you like the best. Thanks, John
