Dash Cleaning ???

Tried a couple of products, both left the dash feeling greasy/yucky and collects dust like mad.

What you guys using ?

I just leave it dusty. I found that anything I try just gathers dust again quickly so I have it detailed twice a year and leave it dusty the rest of the time. Wife hates it.

I haven't used any cleaning product on the dash for years, I hate the way most of the stuff collects dust. I just use a damp micro fibre cloth and wipe it down a couple times a week.

Same here. Warm water on a micro fiber towel, wipe everything down with it.... I do the same thing on the seats as well, only they get a leather treatment about once a month in addition to being wiped down.

I dust my truck like I dust my house - with the shop vac! Then a wipe down with a damp cloth, and clean as a whistle. For a day or so.....

Mini California Car Duster in the center console. Dust it while at long traffic lights.

A damp cloth will do fine.

I just roll all 4 windows down, and usually that takes care of most of the garbage and larger dust *****.

After that, open all doors in yard or somewhere, and air hose.

I use retired shamies for wiping the dash down. Compressed air does work well for the tight spots you can't fit the shop vac hose.

I put a drop of dishwashing liquid soap into a quart of warm water and wipe down the interior. I dont care for the sticky, shiney residue products so I use this on all my vehicles.

I use a 360 Swifer and keep it between the drivers side front seat and the console. Made for collecting dust and no residue left behind.
