Does anyone have an aftermarket in-dash nav. system?
I really like the Ford touch screen in dash navagation system, but I dont like the tune of over $2,500 to buy it. I was wondering if anyone had an aftermarket one in their 09+ F150 and if you had pictures to show how it looks. If so, does it work with Sync and your phone like the factory nav. system does? The factory nav. system looks sweet the way it sits in the dash and Im concerned if I was to buy aftermarket it would look crappy and leave big gaps of space like Ive seen some do in other model years.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I am interested in seeing the responses as well.
I looked at it a little, as I also think the $2,500 price point is a bit on the high end, with $200 for each map update to top it off.
I will probably go with just a Garmin that I'll need to find a way to mount yet, I don't like the windshield mounts too much. If you go with a high end model, you get lifetime free traffic and map updates, and a large 5" screen with a resolution that looks significantly better to me than that of the Ford built in GPS.
In my Tacoma, I was able to mount the GPS forward of the shifter. There was a compartment there that held it perfectly with a little piece of velcro that was invisible after removing the GPS. It was kind of perfect as I had also routed the power from behind. It looked stock. I have yet to find a good spot in my F-150.
