I have a 95 F150 with 4.9 engine and when I run the rear tank it fills the front tank. Also have a fuel bleeding issue mainly during day time when hot have to cycle key 3 to 4 times to start normal. Would these problems possibly be tied together or is the selector valve issue for filling the front tank. Be nice if they where tied together but sure I am not that lucky.
that switch valve is a curse to all these trucks and who ever invented it needs a kick in the ba**s . that is your problem and bother are tied together . be prepared to spend about 230.00 for a new one
Thats what i wanted to hear so change the fuel pump in front tank and will fix two problems at the same time. just put a entire can of sea foam in it and seems to be starting fine for right now.
