<TABLE border=2 cellSpacing=1 cellPadding=10 width="100%" align=center cols=1><TBODY><TR><TD>Performance tuning is more difficult on 1986-current Ford vehicles since the factory computer doesn't have a chip that can be easily replaced. To solve this issue, JET developed a plug-in module that externally attaches to a Ford vehicle's computer. The JET Ford Performance Module improves throttle response, acceleration, low-end torque and can add up to 30 horsepower. It optimizes the ignition spark advance, air/fuel ratios and transmission shifting for ultimate power and mileage gains and includes JET's exclusive Dynamic Spectrum Tuning (DST) for optimal performance across the entire power band (not just at full throttle). The JET Ford module is great for towing, SUV applications, all out street performance cars and everyday drivers. Daily drivers can use low-cost regular fuel for potential mileage gains, but use of mid-grade or better is recommended for optimal performance gains. This module easily installs in 30 minutes or less, is smog legal in 50 states and works well with aftermarket intake/exhaust systems, mass air sensors, TBI spacers, etc.
• Adds power gains across entire power band, not just at full throttle
• Improves throttle response, acceleration, and low-end torque
• Provides performance gains of up to 30 horsepower
• Simple, plug-in installation in 30 minutes or less
• Stage 1 and Stage 2 performance modules available
• Stage 2 part numbers end with "S"

If you get 30 hp from a plug in module on an otherwise stock engine, I will eat my hat.

LOL.... I would like to see that. That is like those black box modules that you can get on eBay claiming "up to" 25 hp and so much torque. Open up the little box and you find a resistor that tells the ECM that it is sucking 60 or 70 degree air.

No worries Rosson. I do a lot of research (ie, reading), so I know how to find stuff.

Tape the module to the driveshaft, and then remove the driveshaft....

.....you will probably get a 30 horsepower increase.
