Any of the above failures apply here? You would get a lot more response by actually putting in the time and effort to write a reasonable sentence and description. Nobody can read your mind, or so I'm told {though you are expected to be able to read your spouse' mind...} so no one can give you a good answer.

Wow. The guy gives little to no information about the nature of the failure and he gets pissy when asked to provide that information...
