For the most part, most trucks only require a thorough tear down, cleaning and reseal of the fuel bowl and regulator assembly. If you have some broken parts in the FPR, we also offer some of the Ford repair kits also.
One thing that you want to check before gathering a lot of parts is to make sure that the bottom of the fuel bowl has not been compromised with corrosion. We have seen a number of the 94.5 - 97 bowls that have not been drained regularly develop large cavities of corrosion in this area that have eaten all the way through the bottom of the bowl causing fuel to drip from the bottom. The only long term solution is to replace the entire canister assembly.
Good luck with your project and make sure you check out the condition of the fuel connection hoses as they will deteriorate in the heat of the valley and will also leak. Give us a call if you need assistance or any questions.

The problem have is the oring at the bottom that seals the brass bottom piece thats held in by a snap ring. It is about the diameter of a quarter. There is also a small one (maybe 3/8") that seals the fuel line that goes in it. If i could get these, i would be good to go...
