Thumbs up Positive Dealer Experience

Noticed a small spot in the driveway last week, crawled under truck and, damn, radiator weeping on left side just above the petcock. Real slow leak, but stopped by MedVed in Castle Rock last week. They made an appointment for today and told me that they'd see if Ford would warranty the thing if it was leaking. ( I just went past 36k so I crossed my fingers!).
Long story short, the rad was leaking and Ford covered the fix! Best dealer experience I ever had! Kudos to MedVed in Castle Rock!

jammer

We used to have a dealer like that here in Kentwood, they would bend over backwards to help you with anything they could, problem is now, both our Ford & our Chevy dealerships have closed up shop due to the local economy, now we have to drive at least 25 miles to McComb or 35 miles to Hammond to get anything done, I guess it's just the small town blues. There is nothing like living in a small town.
