Wheels stuck on

Now I'm getting really kinda mad. I'm tryin to get my rear axle out, but both wheels are stuck on. I've beat on them, loosened up the brake drums to try and take them and the wheels off in one piece, and even hooked a come-a-long to them and the wall of the garage to try and move them. Nothing. Was thinkin about trying to heat them up, but I'm not sure what fire would do the finish. I've had stuck wheels before, but never like this. And yes, I have taken the lug nuts off. Any advice would be appreciated.

run a 2x4(or something larger) across underneath the truck and have someone hold it against the back side of the wheel, at the same time hit the other end with a sledgehammer. been there, done that. good luck, be careful.

If your pulling the axles,why not pull your c clips then pull out the axle with the wheel on it then press/beat it off.

I had the same problem on my E-150 the other day. While pulling outward on the wheel, I whacked the hub a couple of times with a deadblow hammer. Came right off.
