What are y'all thoughts on superchips flashpaq

Called the 1-800 number for trouble code on my SuperChip tuner. Guy comes on and says "edge tech support, how can I help you" I said whattttt I was calling SuperChips. "We build the tuners for SuperChips" was the reply. Go Figure. I was told Edge tuners caused engines to fail, so I bought the SC. My Bad EH!

 

I thought that Edge, Superchips and Bullydog tuners were the "stay away" brands. Thats why i havent purchased one. I believe thats what i have read throughout this forum. I know Bullydog tears up the tranny Sorry i couldnt be more specific on the other two

 

They are bad for the tranny, but if you have a manual trans then no issues. I've been running my edge evo for years. Just not as much power as the custom tunes available for the sct.
