When you don't see this thread until May... it's able to take you by surprise a little easier. I've driven that stretch of road many times before and I know exactly the spot you're talking about - right near Twenty Mule Team Road. I can picture that whole thing happening right there too. I wondered why I never heard of this. Seems like it would be a pretty big story.
