I'll start off with me fracturing my foot yesterday. I was showing my boys the fine art of tackle basketball, like we used to do in the army. The ball was rolling away, so I chased it. I took a leap and landed on the side of my foot. Of all ways to break something. It's like a tripping accident. I'm gonna be in a bed for a while. hard to hobble around too much.

Just a little note for those interested...I wound up working in Modesto all day yesterday...(all day and half the night! Started at 8:30 am and worked till almost 1:00 this morning, then drove home, got in at 5:00) but what I wanted to mention was that I got there late Sat. evening and found myself on the east side on Modesto, a mere 8 miles from Mike's (3Mike6) so I dropped in on him for a visit and wound up spending the night there. He's hanging in there, just has some other things going on right now and has basically had to put FTE way on the back burner. I asked him to drop by and let everyone know he was all right and still kicking, so we'll see if he actually does so.
Now to get hold of Karl and get an update from him too...!
