Going to cheat a bit for mom today. Got an I-phone for mom for Mothers day but going to give it to her today. Wife will get one also. Reason they get them early is they have I phone classes on Tuesday. Next week we still do the traditional celebration. Son gets one too but he has to wait till B-day which is end of month.
Time to flip on the a/c here supposed to 90* next 2 days. Summers a`comin!!!!!
Thats kinda what I thought. Was going to suspend moms service yesterday so I could download some apps on the new one but safety concerns told me to wait.
Big abalone cookout set for next week,,yum
Hey Joe, long time no post. How was SF? Hank sounds like you got Mother's day covered. I agree on the AC. We had our swamp cooler on for the first time in months yesterday. Not as good as AC, but a lot better than nothing.
Wow, as I was typing this, someone drove by the house with a restored Pinto station wagon with that phony wood grain on the sides, and tailgate. Now I HAVE seen everything. LOL

Back in the days of high school, my buddies & I called that woodgrain, bacon. We would be all proud to have seen a Pinto with bacon. A little extra when it was a wagon.
Yea, it does resemble bacon now that I think about it. Back when I went to high school Pinto's were in abundance. Still, not too many had the bacon on the side.
