when you troubleshoot next time, see if you can't get it to repeat the issue. Get it warmed up and to the point where it don't want to start hot. Before doing this, see if you can find that Shrader Valve on the fuel system up in the engine compartment. Looks like the valve on your tire. Should be a cap on it as well to keep dirt out

When it's acting up next time...take that cap off and push in on the needle. See if you have good fuel pressure up there. This will tell us if this is even a fuel problem or not. Do this before you start taking hoses off under the truck...may save you some time...or at least let us know we're on the right track.
Might even want to do it when its not acting up to give you and idea of what the pressue is supposed to be like. Careful not to spray gas all over a running engine though. cover it with a rag and press it quickly
