To get it on the clutch fork? Might open cap press the pushrods all the way in, then mount it then bleed the system. It will relive the pressure just make sure u cover the top with towel so it doesn't squirt too bad.

Or just be aggressive and go in at angle

is it possible that i have installed something incorrectly. I have a ratchet strap pulling back on the clutch fork with a lot of pressure. the system is now completely dry and i can push the rod all the way in and it is still about1/8 inch from sliding in.

No it's always a PITA, try getting the push rod in first then tap the bracket on with a hammer.

so I got the darn thing it. now for the bleeding. last time i did this i was able to move the clutch fork by hand, push it in and hold it for a few seconds let out and it would suck fluid down it. I cannot move the fork at all. is that right or something wrong. what are other good bleeding ways, i know these can be a real pain.

Are you sure the clutch fork is installed correctly? It looks like its too close to the slave. I just checked my truck and you can see part of the pushrod between the boot and the clutch fork.

the clutch fork was in wrong. i loosened all the tranny bolts took off the crossover and the cover on the bottom of the tranny. slid the tranny back about an inch and pulled the fork. got it back in correctly now and just have a hard time bleeding the system. any tips. last time i did it i just manually pushed and held the clutch fork and that is not working this time around. I have no pedal at all

When i replaced my clutch master i just filled it with fluid and started pumping the pedal by hand (have to pull it back up for the first while)... After doing that a while It started to build pedal and eventually it came back (better than before i might add).

I've heard before to pump it up til you can get the truck in gear then go drive it and the vibration will work the air up to the top. I just pumped it til it felt normal again.

Make sure to keep an eye on the fluid level and make sure you take the little rubber bladder out of the master before you pour in the fluid (did that in high school ).

I installed mine dry so it took a little bit of pumping...

i have tried all of the above and still nothing. when i get under the truck and crack the bleeder on the slave, push the clutch fork in by hand i get pure fluid coming out. i then close the bleeder and release the clutch fork. have done this probably close to a hunderd times and still no pedal at all.
