I'm not sure how well it would work though since we have that little bypass valve part way up the hood. The harpoon mod though I would definitely do if you end up pulling the bed. It would make fillups a lot easier. I always have trouble getting mine to fill up without having to stand there and trickle the fuel in slowly. It is hard to get it to work with the pump locked on without "clicking off" constantly.
ah i see but i gutted my filler necks and i blend my own fuel so i pump it in manually so i keep one tank full of diesel and other the blend as a spare tank
i run transmission fluid at a ration of 50/50 filtered down to 2 microns saves me a lot of money at the pump i have been considering scrappng my 2 tanks for one large inbed tank 90 gallons i think i will hook up my electric fuel system directly to that tank and remove the factory tanks
