Any tricks to rejuvenate rubber window seals?

The rubber around the windows on my van is bleeding a black residue onto my paint. I've tried Back to Black without much change. Any tricks to rejuvenate the rubber without totally replacing it? They're not cracked or leaky.

I heard baby oil could do it. People use it on convertable tops weather stripping.
