Idle problem
I have a 99 superduty 5.4 5speed manual 4x4. It has a idle problem that started when I guy hooked up a scanner and tried running a test. The truck idled up to 1500 and the scanner shut down and it has idled high since. It also idles up when driving while you switch gears idle jumps when clutch is pressed and it's slow to drop down. Have checked all vacuum lines intake and Pcv hose also changed iac tps egr valve dpfe and cleaned mass air
