noise when in a hard left turn

hey guys i've been spending some time diagnosing this annoying/worrisome noise for a little while and i think i need a bit of help. the noise only happens when i am in a hard corner while on the go pedal. at first i thought it was a sign that the front bearings were going bad but now i'm not sure (have a set of timkens on the way anyway). it sounds as if the right front tire is on rumble strips like they cut into the sides of the freeway (not as much vibration tho). the truck in question is in my sig and stock everything, also the hubs are manual and unlocked (and verified unlocked by spinning the drive shaft by hand while watching the knuckles turn). i've also thrown a bit of white paint on my front axles u-joints thinking that maybe they were spinning slightly in the hard corner and contacting my grease fittings for the ball joints (they were not and the white paint would have been scraped off if they were hitting). the exhaust is stock also and i could see no possible way that the motor would be moving around so much for it to cause the down pipe to make contact with the firewall. any ideas guys? if the sound doesn't go away with the bearing swap i'm really left with a head scratcher (altho i will have a little peace of mind knowing my front bearing isn't going to grenade and leave me stranded at most likely the worst possible moment)....thanks

about the only things that i can think of are the wheel bearings, or the u-joint..
Does the truck kind of rise up suddenly and slightly if so check the ball joints that could be causing the the alingment to be throwen off just enough to hear the lugs on the outside of the tire grinding away on the pavement..
Good Luck! hope you get it figured out..
