You know I have not noticed blue tooth changes. We have I phones in the family and all work extremely well. You will need to re-sink your phone/phones after the update and also set your quick dials again. The screen changes are great, radio pre-sets a breeze and touch screen much quicker!
I got a letter from Ford yesterday. It said a performance upgrade is avalible for my 2012 Exp and I need to bring it to the dealer to have it done. I guess the do it yourself wasn't working out??
My dealer installed the upgrade a few days before it came in the mail. It has most of the quirky problems fixed but still does a few things I don't understand. With the radio on the Entertainment light in the lower left corner of the Home screen is on sometimes and off sometimes. It will still go to the radio control screen if I touch the blank space where Entertainment is supposed to be. I cannot figure out why it would be off sometimes on the Home screen. Also, on the Home screen with satellite radio on I see six presets on the screen but the lower left says Entertainment. If I bring up the Climate screen to adjust something there I now see the title of what is playing in the lower left where Entertainment was. Why would this info only come on with the Climate screen? There may be some reasoning behind it but I cannot understand it and no one at the dealership will get near it. Can't say that I blame them. Is there any way to find out how the screens are really supposed to work? I have no way to tell if I have a bad install or not. Any suggestions? TIA
