It should be seven days to build, but the delivery time will be the killer.
I figured mine should be built around the 22 or 23rd of March. Probably sit in the truck yard for a week. This time could be less but I figured a week to have enough trucks built and rail headed to Seattle, Wa. Then sit for another week in Seattle until they had enough trucks/vehicles to be trucked down to my dealership. This will be the painful time. Waiting.
So, I'm looking at mine to be here around the 9th thru the 13th of April.
I ordered mine from Fugate Ford in Enumclaw. Ordered it on 1-30-2012, used x-plan. It took about 4 weeks for the vin to show up another 2 weeks before the window sticker was available, which was friday 3-9. My x-plan provider has been sending me screen prints of the Ford scheduling program, the "scheduled to date" was 3-12 with a 3-26 ETA to dealer, but last monday it changed to "in production, sent to plant" with a scheduled date of 3-16 and ETA slide to 4-2. On 3-16 no change to status, 3-17 no change, but today, 3-18, he checked and it now says "produced", the ETA to dealer is still 4-2. Going to try to get the railcar number so I can see if I can track it on the train. I think your truck will probably go to the same rail yard as mine, BNrr unloads in Kent. my vin 1FT8W3BT7CEB67733 if you want to look at my window, short bed lariat for me, my garage is 10 inches to short for a long bed.
JBLM has sure been getting a lot of press lately.
Army or AF? What did you fly? My wife's uncle, flew medivac hueys in Vietnam.
Very nice build and love the color. Thats the wife's favorite color.
Our trucks could very well be on the same railhead. That would be very cool. I know the feeling about having a truck to long to fit in the garage.
Yes, JBLM has been getting a lot of negative press.
I'm in the Army. A Flight Medic on MH60s and MH47s. I'm "E" and the Wife is an "O". She is a Nurse. She just dropped her paperwork.

Check the date at the bottom of your sticker and add 7 days...
Is there any way to find out when its actually built? Hopefully after it is it wont take too long to get to pa from ky
I am not aware of any way. but check with the dealer, they do have access to that info. Hardest thing is finding someone who knows how to do it, check with a fleet guy as they order tham all the time.

I liked the Autum red and the Sterling Grey, but my wife asked our 5 year old and he picked the blue so....
My saleman left me a message yesterday saying that he expects the truck to show up 4-5 or 4-6.
As far as checking on when your truck is built, your saleman should be able to check, he should also be able to get the railcar number so as to track the shipment. However, here is a link to another forum where a ford employee will help with build schedule dates, they have resently added a requirement to have a min of 10 posts prior to asking for tracking but....
