Oil Filters
Where do you guys get your oil filters for the 2011-12 6.7 SD? Do you purchase from the dealer, if so, about how much, or can you get them at Wally World or such. I would imagine a Motorcraft filter would be the same at the dealer vs anywhere else. Local dealer here wants about $130 + tax for the service and this looks like a pretty simple oil change.

Purolator has a number for them as well which can be found everywhere. A36109. No PurOne yet though...

I normally go here: Ford 6.7 liter Powerstroke Turbo Diesel Truck Filters - Diesel Filters,Additives,brake rotors, and brake pads for Chevy, Dodge and Ford Diesel Trucks

These guys sell them for $12.65, and they are a site sponsor.

Tousley Ford Parts Depot.

Select your truck through the menu and then search for "Oil Filter". These guys sell every Ford part available so it's not as easy to find the filters, but the search function works well.

Sorry off topic as usual, but just noticed that PrimeGuard now makes a fuel filter set PDF4615. Anyone brave enough to try.....???

Darren, since you dont have a factory warranty to worry about I think you should try it! lol

LOL, I may but I still have 4 of the Motorcraft kits "on the shelf" which will prob last me a couple of years.

Just to make life easier for you..... You can send the Oil Filters you have in stock to me and I'll put them to good use.

Then you can have the fun of trying the PrimeGuard Filters

LOL, was not expecting that offer and my brain is too small to think of another excuse.........maybe, can't import back to the USA cuz it would mess up your export number???
