No start p0470

New to the site and psd's.I have recently purchased a 2006 F250 CC 4x4 6.0.The day I bought it I replaced the icp sensor because the connector on it was broken.I had the oil changed with rotella t6 and installed Ford oil/Fuel filter. The truck was throwing the 2290 code so I replaced the Ipr after pulling it and finding a piece of the cap lodged in the hole. The truck ran great.Got my Scanguage II in and rode fine for a week.Last night I ran by the car wash and sprayed off the truck{not the engine}and drove home.Truck ran great.Got up this morning and no start.Code p0470.It was time for a air filter so I installed a new one.My question is should I change the ebp sensor?Where do i go from here? Also Its about 80 degrees here in Nc so fuel gel isnt an issue. Please HELP!THANKS,JD

Forgot to mention has had egr delete, when I changed ipr I noticed the Ficm was dated 2011.I checked oasis report and only thing showing was stuck egr in 08.Truck has 228k on it now.Stc and dummy plugs are on to do list. Will ebps cause no start?Should I get it reflashed? Can I just pull the computer and take it to ford instead of towing truck in?

unplug the ebp and see if it starts.
unplug the icp and see if it starts.
check ebpa pid value aginst map and baro should be within .5 psi.
possibel v-ref short causing issues.
also the p2290 even though you fixed it once I would suggest looking at icpv and icp while cranking the engine need 500 psi to start.

Just held the key for about 30 seconds and the ipc started going up.The truck tried to start and said TBC fault in the cluster.I did it again and when it tried to start I hit the throttle and the truck started. What is TBC fault? What readings should I get while its running? Thanks JD

Thanks for everyones help so far.Ok so got it going and warmed up,ran a few wot runs.Set the bst on the scanguage. To start with It was very sluggish, after 3 or 4 trips down the road like a maniac it seemed alot better.Boost was maxing out at around 25.What should it be topping out at.Also after the run had 8 dtcs.
P0276
Po470
Po472
P0672
P0676
P0678
P1000
p2285

I cleared them all and will see what happens in the am.Also I checked the cvi and it was @ 5.
Scanguage readings engine running [cold]
ebp 19.3
icp 629
Ipr 21.81
map 14.6
syc 1
flp 12-12.5
fmp 48.5-49
If it was the stc would it still run?
I jiggled the icp wires when I wasnt getting a reading and seemed to have some effect. If the Icp harness is shorting out would it throw these codes? Also is 25psi Boost normal or should I clean the turbo? Thanks,JD

Three of the codes are glow plugs but those codes have been there since I bought the truck last month.Never had a problem starting when only those codes were present. Is it possible I just have some wiring issues?Gonna see if the local dealership can reflash pcm tomorrow.

25 psi Boost is Good range

Now the Biggie what is ICP and IPR% HOT or ECT 190*

I didnt check the codes but thought you might have a contributation DTC

the ICP and IPR numbers look good cold

But you need to take the ICP and IPR readings HOT ECT190*
take them at KOEO and then again Hot in park at Low Idel and then again at High Idel(2500rpm in Park as well) and post the numbers

I am Still betting you have a HPO Leak
Standpipe may not run so maybe its a Standpipe or Dummey Plug issue in the HPO system

Im trying to start the truck cold again. Not having much luck.
The difference now is the readings while cranking.Last night it would restart instantly when hot.Hopefully I can get it running and get the hot readings.

Cranking cold
Icp 1447
Ipr 47.9 then drops slowly to 38

With these numbers it should start or will say the HPO is up high enough to start as lomg as ICP not giving a Bad Reading

Wiring issues. Check ALL your connections at the drivers side fender liner and PCM. Almost every code says open/shorted circuit. Possibly Vref issues.

would you change the stc or just wait for it to break?Trucks at the shop, buddy said he thinks it cam position sensor.Had it towed in,he checked the codes which I cleared last night and got cam position sensor. He cleared them and the truck fired right up.With 228k is it likely the stc has been changed already?Got the hot readings.
Hot idle icp 586
Ipr 21.41

2500 rpm
Icp 1500
Ipr 40.00
He is planning to do cam position sensor and stc tomorrow. What do you think?
