Shaw Cable Customer Service Rant

I apologies in advance for the off topic thread rant.

I just got off the phone with Shaw Cable again and I am speechless after being transfer 4 times... again! and waiting on hold for average 20 mins each time! Finally they cracked me and I got a little upset because this happens all the time I have to call them. The rep told me "it was customers like me that cause the delays" and hung up on me?? this is my Shaw Business Account Rep??

I filled out a customer service survey that e-mailed me a generic response stating that if i needed "Immediate Service" to call 1-888-472-2222 which I called just to see what would happen... it directed back to the general number that I original called that caused me 4 hold times at 20mins each :rof

Anyway while I was on hold I found THIS DEDICATED THREAD TO SHAW'S HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and felt the need to promote it

Dave (firm believer of customer service)
