One other option for the fringie type is to put a 4th order sub under the truck bed with vent tube opening into cab.
A LOT of design and construction challenges, but mine sounds amazing and sacrificed 0 cab space. The only thing I added to my cab was a 4" hole under the rear seat and the amp.
I have the '99 supercab with flip and fold flat rear seat, so had only 2" of space under rear seat, and 0" behind.
I crammed 3 10'' subs behind the rear seat in my 04 crew. The box was originally out of my 05 chev crew. I have to pull the seats to get the box in and out. I then mounted my amps under the tray of the back seat.

Could you take pic of the undercarrige. I thought about fabing up 2 small ss enclosures to fit a 10 and weld and seal under the cab.
There are a couple photos in my gallery. Unfortunately, once it was covered in fiberglass and black paint and installed, it doesn't photograph very well....
It's basically a box tucked under the bed with a 4" ABS pipe port running forward and then up into the cab flloor. Getting the port to be the exact right volume (critical for 4th order) AND the right physical configuration was the toughest part.
I was able to fit a 12" sub in an enclosure (yes custom made) behind the rear seat and the hertz hdp5 amp right next to it. There are photos in my album. It's all very neat and tidy and works well.
