351W IDentification

I was wondering if anyone could help me ID an engine that im looking at for my truck.
Its a 351W, the block and iron head castings are E7TE's but this engine has a factory roller cam and double roller timing chain. I tried to see if the heads are GT-40's but they dont have any of the markings of the sort, they have pedistal mount stamped steel rocker arms.
The guy claims its a factory crate motor but i never recall a roller cammed crate OR production 351W. Theres no intake on it at the moment and you can clearly see the roller spider isnt an aftermarket addon. The engine has never been run its factory clean.
The intake he had with it was tagged as an F6TE (1996) but i dont know if it was origonally on the engine or he got it separately.
Any info appreciated.
Thanks
Tom S.

That kinda sounds like it came from a Mustang, or it's a Lightnin motor. I don't know the #'s on those off-hand, but a search for 96 Ltng. trucks will tell you if the guy is honest or not.
