I believe that they will, as the bolt pattern and backspacing is the same from '05-'12. Not entirely sure about the sensors but I can't think of a reason that they wouldn't.
Tried that with a set of MotoMetal wheels from my 2004 F250. Didn't work because the offset is significantly different. I'd double check the offset on your wheels and the factory ones before swapping. I found out the hard way, took both trucks in, had them swap the tires and TPMS sensors to the old wheels and the new tires to the old wheels. Drove it off the lot and found it would rub at full lock. Had to go back the next day and get them all swapped back.
This set is from a 2005 truck, which was a coil spring truck (I think), so the offset should be close, or at least closer than the leaf spring trucks from 99-2004. I'll ask the seller, though. I'm glad to hear that the sensors transfered at least!
I am not so sure on the TPMS sensors. Wheels not designed for them generally don't accept the sensors. I have not seen Fords latest sensors but the ones from '08-'09 may not work. I would reccomend looking inside the wheel for a square cut out around the stem area that provides the needed clearance.
The sensors screw to the base of the rubber valve stem and will fit in any OE wheel and most custom wheels(depending on the angle of the valve stem). As to the offset the wheels from 2005 to current all have the same offset. You are good to go!!
