tire size

Hey guys, I have a 1977 Ford f100 with a 6 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift. I'm wondering if I can fit the 38x15.5 nitto mud grapplers or Toyo open country mt. Wut kinda backpacking would I need. Are the tires as big as they say they are. Thanks much!

They should be able to fit. I've got a 4 inch suspension and a 2 inch body a can fit them

Do u know what kind of backspacing I would need for them not to rub at all?

Alright thanks man. BTW can that tire fit on a 18x9 wheel. Or should I go wider?
