thought I would start a different thread about this so I can keep it separate.
I have been chasing a studder issue for a while now.
Replaced:
- Injector o-rings
- #6 injector after a diagnosis
- all sensors that have been brought to my attention have been replaced
- new EGR valve, but after about 3 weeks the EGR code came back
heres the weird thing:
I had the studder every time I drove the truck, but the last 3 or 4 times I have drove it .... once the truck reaches EOT of 200 and I make a stop..... once I start back driving it smooths out. My last drive I went 10 miles with no studder at all.....even smooth at idle.
maybe someone can shed some light on this weird issue.
Mine is a 2006..... From what I have read ...... The pigtails only needs replacing on the years that has the ICP at the rear of the motor at the firewall.
