I don't know for sure, but from my various post readings, I think they should fit. I'm fairly certain that later F350 springs will fit the 90'sh F350, and that the 90'sh F250 and F350 springs are the same dimensions.
Is your f-250 a 4x4?
If it is then they should work for you. They are both 3" wide but the the 2001 springs are about an inch longer than the 1990's. (from eye to eye)
