I'm not sure what kits Firestone offers for the fifth wheel applications, but I know that they do make a couple variations.
The kit we make for your truck is 57398. This fits most sidemount fifth wheel hitches. I'm not overly familiar with the turn over ball, but my understanding is the only difference is being able to flip the ball when not in use. Does this kit still use the traditional side plates wrapping around the outside of the frame?

Sorry for the delayed response. It sounds like your fifth wheel hitch is the style our kit is designed for. I will double check with our technical group to verify that the bw hitch will work, but I won't be able to get with them until Monday.
As for prices we suggest comparing prices from our retailers, the best deal can vary week to week. Rough ball park though, this kit runs about $300.
Also, no matter which retailer you go through we are also offering rebates on our air bag kits and our controllers.
