hey guys,04 6.0 the hose that comes off the intake and goes to the degas bottle,should that have a steady flow or just a trickle?

It's just a overflow hose. It shouldn't have steady flow unless you have a coolant filter piped into it.

I think the OP means this hose: the EGR cooler deaeration line, or whatever the technical term is. AFAIK it should be flowing coolant back the degass bottle, doesn't coolant come out of the EGR cooler and get split between the front cover with some going through the deaeration line?

Thanks guys, just wanted to double check.I've got high psi on coolant and just don't want to admit to myself that it's time for headgaskets.
