Does anyone have pictures of the tool used to remove the right side bottom nut on the injection pump? I would like to buy one or better yet just make one if I knew what it looked like. Its tough to get a wrench on that one.
I saw a picture where a guy just ground the heck out of the handle for clearance it wasn't anything special just gave him more room I did mine with a standard end wrench without to much trouble just time consuming.
Get a set of these: 5 Piece SAE Obstruction Wrench Set
Whichever box end fits the nut, grind it down, to make it thinner, so that the box end will clear the obstructions around that pesky IP nut. You might have to bend the wrench a bit.
You can buy a single obstruction wrench for this nut, it will likely cost much more than the entire HarborFreight SAE set does, though.
I took a 9/16" wrench and the torch and bent it about 1 1/2" from the open end. Also ground the end of the box end to get it to fit. The official wrench is a nice curved thing, but it's easy to make one. Just use the torch and a hammer....
